I discovered that as a community builder, it's not just about laying down a roadmap; it's about walking the path with your members. 

In the early stages, engaging in small, unscalable actions is key. These are the moments that build the foundation of your community.

Activities like personal check-ins, personal messages, and genuine interactions were not just tasks – they were the building blocks of a strong community. And crucially, it was about inspiring and empowering others in the community to do the same.
