Individual Growth
You are a leader transitioning into a new role or seeking a career transition.
My skill set is ideally suited for individuals committed to personal growth. The most fruitful relationships can take a year to develop fully.
My approach emphasizes action and personal accountability, making it particularly valuable for those at the helm of startups and other fast-growing ventures where speed and decision-making are top priorities.
The objective is to refine and strengthen your decision-making, guiding you towards purposeful and effective action.
Our working arrangement typically involves ongoing email/Slack interactions, complemented by 1:1 video sessions lasting 1-3 hours every four or six weeks. The frequency of our meetings is tailored to the pace of your work and our progress together.
I will often prepare and deliver private workshops for an additional fee upon request.
Organizational Growth
You are a leader seeking to drive transformative change through community.
You could be an entrepreneur with your own project or a new manager at an established brand. With community on the agenda, you know the balance of opportunities and challenges.
My goal is to get you on the fast track to skip ahead of the most common community errors so you can deliver a positive result for the members and your bottom line.
My framework involves a rigorous discovery process with as many stakeholders as possible. From there, we work to build engagement, consensus, and action.
I will be your strategy partner and sounding board as you navigate these challenging waters.
The working arrangement depends on your timeline. Typically our work is front-loaded to make sure the first 4 to 8 weeks achieve maximum impact. Then we transition to a more regular check-in cadence.
Connection is ongoing email/Slack interactions with 1:1 video sessions of 1 hour as needed. The cadence of our meetings depends on the pace of your work and our progress together.
Related outputs will be sent via email, transcript and/or Notion.
